However, because IPTV subscriptions involve digital delivery and instant activation, our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.

  1. No Refund After Activation

Once your IPTV subscription has been activated and login credentials (M3U link, Xtream Codes, or app access) have been delivered, no refund will be issued.
Digital IPTV services cannot be “returned” once activated, as access to the content cannot be revoked completely.

  1. Refund Eligibility (Before Activation)

You may request a full refund only if:

Your subscription has not yet been activated or delivered.

You contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason.

If these conditions are met, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  1. Free Test Period

We offer a free or low-cost test period so you can check service quality and device compatibility before purchasing a long-term plan.
Once a paid plan is activated, it means you have already tested and approved the service.

  1. Technical Issues

If you experience issues with your service, please contact our support team first.
Most problems (e.g., buffering, channel downtime, or wrong playlist) can be quickly fixed by our technicians or by our distributor Sylinar.
Refunds are not provided for temporary server issues or problems caused by:

Customer internet connection

Device configuration errors

Third-party apps or VPNs

  1. Subscription Changes

In some cases, if the service fails to activate properly due to a technical problem on our end, we may:

Extend your subscription period, or

Offer credit or partial refund (at our discretion).

  1. Chargebacks

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without contacting our support first will be considered a violation of our terms.
We reserve the right to suspend your account and block future access to our services.
